You must contact VODAFONE customer service in your own country.
How long does the Kippy warranty last?
As per European standard, Kippy is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. You can find more information about this in our section Terms and Conditions
What is the returns procedure?
You must contact Kippy customer care (c/o Kippy srl, via Cosimo del Fante 10, Milan, Italy, Telephone number: 0044-02070970378) at the email address customercare@kippypet.eu within 14 days starting the day after the communication of withdrawal. You can find all the information on the Returns page.

My Kippy does not work. Who must I contact?

If a replacement of my Kippy has been authorised, how can I replace my old Kippy on my account once I receive the new one?

2. Identify the Kippy ID and click on “REPLACE”

Where do i find my Kippy’s ID?
You will find a number containing 7 alphanumeric characters on the back of your Kippy This number is the unique ID for your Kippy
Can I register more than one device to a single account?
Yes, you can enter up to 5 Kippy on one account.
Can I monitor my Kippy from another phone?
Yes, just access the app using the credentials saved during registration
I have 3 dogs. Can I use 3 Kippies with a single service package?
No each Kippy is associated with a specific service package for that Kippy.
How do I fix the Kippy to my dog's collar?
Slide the Velcro band under the two edges on the side of the Kippy and then attach the Velcro to the collar.
Where can I purchase a service package?
You can purchase your service package, starting from €4.16 per month directly from the app. Download the “Kippy” app and choose the most suitable package for you during registration.
Why do I need to activate a service package?
Like a smartphone, to be able to transmit position and activity data, the device needs to access the data network. Kippy uses the most common 2G network that guarantees and provides maximum coverage in the area. By activating a data package, you can use the device without distance limits and with no additional costs.
What does the service package do?
The service package gives you the possibility of receiving the data collected by your Kippy onto your app, enabling connectivity for different periods of time. Three different packages are available that offer several advantages.
What is the contractual limitation or additional cost if I wish to cancel my service package?
There is no limitation and no additional cost to incur if the subscription is cancelled. If you no longer need to use your Kippy for any reason, you can simply cancel the subscription directly from your app.
